The Roaster Village serves a key meeting point at SCA trade shows for attendees to talk to small roaster and boutique green coffee importers who showcase the latest trends in coffee sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing, and distribution.
All potential Roaster Village exhibitors must complete the online 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo Roaster Village Exhibitor Application.
Newly added qualifiers include:
Exhibiting company/brand must be a specialty coffee roaster or green coffee importer,
Tastings and/or cuppings must be available at the company/brand’s Roaster Village booth,
Company must meet the criteria to be considered by the SCA as a small or medium membership classification, with annual revenue not exceeding $5 million USD.
If an applicant meets all criteria and is accepted to exhibit, the exhibitor will then choose a booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
No more than one company can exhibit at a single booth.

Artwork must be uploaded by February 1, 2025 and booth must be paid for in full. Files must be submitted as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF with raster images set at no less than 72 dpi at full size.

Five (5) 2-day Exhibit Hall badges to give to customers
Use of the Exhibit Hall Clean Up Station with sinks
One 7” x 44” company name sign (black block letters on white card stock)

Milk/Water/Ice can be purchased from concessions as these services will not be provided with the booth space
