Book a Session in the Cupping Rooms via the World of Coffee booking portal. Cupping Room sessions can only be booked once a badge is secured for attendance at the show.

Whether for a private or public audience, our Cupping Exchange rooms come fully equipped and staffed to present your coffee at its best. Each room includes all necessary cupping and brewing tools, dishwashing services, and the option to add audio/visual equipment at your expense. Choose from flexible booking times with options for 1 hour 45-minute sessions, accommodating up to 50 people per session.

Booking Details
You must be a registered attendee or exhibitor to book a space. Sessions and room rentals are non-refundable.
First-Come, First-Served: Reserve early to secure your preferred time slot.
Pricing: Sessions range from $1,000 to $1,200, depending on the day.
Capacity and Duration: Each session can accommodate up to 50 guests and includes setup and cleanup times.
